By accessing or using TrustAI’s platform at trytrust.ai and app.trytrust.ai (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school, district, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. TrustAI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
The Service is intended for use by educators, students, and school administrators for educational purposes. You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:
The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by TrustAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as assignments and coursework). By submitting content, you grant TrustAI a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to TrustAI in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
