TrustAI Privacy Policy

• Information you give us. If you book a demo, take a survey, or contact us, we collect what you submit, such as your email address, name, and company.
• Workflow data. With your permission, TrustAI observes the steps your team repeats across the tools you explicitly connect: which actions run, and in what order. You choose which tools TrustAI can see, and you can review what it has captured at any time.
• Technical logs. Standard operational data, such as error reports and request logs, that we need to keep the service reliable and secure.

• To provide TrustAI: turning the workflows your team repeats into suggestions for your team.
• To respond when you ask for a demo or support.
• To keep the service secure, reliable, and improving for your team.

• We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
• We never use your data for advertising or share it for ad targeting.
• We never use your team's workflows to train models for other customers. Your team's work informs suggestions for your team, and no one else.
• We never share your data with third parties, except for the service providers that host TrustAI on our behalf, and only so they can run it.

The TrustAI extension only observes activity in the tools you explicitly connect. It does not read, collect, or transmit anything from other sites or tabs, and it collects nothing until you sign in and grant it access.

Our use of information received through the extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements: data is used only to provide and improve TrustAI’s user-facing features, never for advertising, never for determining creditworthiness, and never transferred except as described in this policy.

Your workflow data lives in a dedicated, access-controlled environment, encrypted in transit and at rest. It is never pooled with other companies’ data.

We keep your data only as long as you use TrustAI. You can export or delete your data at any time, and if you close your account we delete it. To request deletion, email hello@trytrust.ai and we’ll take care of it within 30 days.

TrustAI is a workplace tool. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes, we’ll post the updated version here with a new effective date. For material changes, we’ll notify you before they take effect.
